I was very satisfied with their customer service. They picked me up from where I was staying. The car I rented was nice and serviced the purpose for what I needed. I will definitely use them again. The only thing was that they did not have drop off car service at the airport. I had to drop the car back off at the agency, they brought me back to where I was staying. I then had to catch an Uber to the airport with my family.

Just got back from Orlando and had a great experience with this car rental company. Just like the name of the business, they are very "Fair". I usually use Uber when I'm in Orlando because it cost more to get a rental at Orlando airport. This time I took a chance on this car rental company based on the reviews. The price, you can't beat. The service, exceptional. The owner, very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely use them again now that I know about them. I ubered to the resort, made arrangements for a car rental, took an Uber to them, and got the car. No long waiting.

The gentleman I dealt with was professional made me feel at home excellent service the car was excellent clean full of gas And the manager was fantastic. I think you guys I definitely will recommend all my friends and family members . I recommend This car rental to everyone Not 5 stars but 10 stars . I definitely will be back
